Tier III Volunteer Badge Making

Tier III Volunteer Badge Day has been scheduled!

If you’d like to chaperone field trips, tutor, or volunteer with students without direct WCS employee supervision, you’ll need to complete the Tier III volunteer approval process and receive your WCS volunteer badge.

To become a Tier III Volunteer: (you can find all forms in MTK under Volunteer or on the WCS website under Resources)

1. Complete the Volunteer Application & Confidentiality Agreement and return the form to the school front office with a photocopy of your driver’s license.
2. Complete the required fingerprint background check.
3. Sign up for Badge Day to have your photo taken and receive your WCS volunteer ID.

If you have already completed the paperwork and fingerprinting, you’re almost there—just reserve your Badge Day spot!
